Over the past years developing all varieties of sites and applications, we have realized that taking the necessary time for client education is so important for a project to be successful. Prior to starting a project and right after it launches have proven to be critical times where valuable information helps our customers succeed. We are gathering information so that you, our client, can better understand what goes in to building great websites and applications and where and how your involvement is essential.
- We find that many times we receive very similar questions when dealing with email support. We are currently working on putting together configuration and troubleshooting information to easily solve your email problems.
- When an issue or new development request is realized, we have simplified the process of submitting that request. The “Submit a Ticket” component will allow you to easily enter details about your need and our project manager be contacted so that Inexo can work with you to resolve the issue or work on your new request in the most efficient way possible.
- In supporting email, websites, and applications we often get the same questions asked to us by different clients. We are actively creating an FAQ that we hope will provide solutions to your questions.
